Cookie API accepts payments through the following methods:
We ensure secure transactions for all payments, and you can choose the payment method that best fits your needs.
The default billing cycle for Cookie API is monthly. This means you will be billed at the start of each new monthly period. Your first payment will be processed upon registration, and subsequent payments will be automatically charged at the beginning of each subsequent month.
We may introduce annual billing plans in the future. If we do so, we will notify you in advance and provide an option to choose between monthly or annual billing.
All payments are due at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, you will have immediate access to Cookie API services for the duration of your billing cycle.
If a payment fails or is not completed by the due date, your access to Cookie API may be temporarily suspended. A grace period of 7 days is provided before suspension occurs. Failure to resolve the outstanding payment within this period may result in a 5% late fee on the unpaid balance.
Please ensure your payment details are up to date to avoid interruptions to your service.
Cookie API offers a 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
To request a refund, simply contact our billing support team at [email protected] within the 14-day window. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Note: After the 14-day period, refunds will no longer be available, but you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
Cookie API subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged for the next billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings or by contacting our support team. Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Note: No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
All pricing displayed includes applicable taxes, which are automatically calculated by Stripe based on your location. If your location requires specific tax adjustments, those will be applied to your payment total during checkout.
Prices for Cookie API are displayed in Euros (€). All transactions will be processed in Euros. If you are located in a different country, currency conversion fees may apply based on your payment method and financial institution.
Cookie API accepts payments from users around the world. As we charge in Euros, currency conversion rates will apply if your payment method is in a different currency.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may impose additional charges related to international transactions, which are not controlled or charged by Cookie API.
